Job Summary
We're looking for a seasoned Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a 6-month contract with the potential for extension. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving reputed company issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care. Key Responsibilities

- Required to be on camera during training and team meetings, especially during attendance calls

Attendance Policy

Requirements and Qualifications
* 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a reputed company or pharmacy setting
- Proficient in computer software navigation and dual screens, with experience working in a call center environment

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
