Key Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, handling a wide reputed company of tasks, and working collaboratively with reputed company to ensure seamless operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a polite, professional, and empathetic manner
- Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets, as well as booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations
- Rebooking reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations
- Performing traveler registration and reputed company seat tasks, correcting oversold seat tasks, and issuing updates
- Issuing vouchers or coordinating with vendors for traveler hotel facilities, meals, and transportation, as well as coordinating refuel and reputed company
- Performing traveler loading, including ticket lift or ticket lift/confirmation
- Working reputed company scanners and reputed company tasks, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items, and leave line models
- Working jetways/spans for boarding and deplaning reputed company
- Making boarding and flight reputed company declarations
- Conveying domestic/global flight records
- Performing traveler service flight reputed company-out systems
- Accepting, checking, and labeling reputed company' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters
- Maintaining the schedule of flight loading process
- Performing customer service hands-on training
- Processing and completing reputed company-reputed company exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
- Assisting reputed company with self-service kiosk registration and booth items handling at ticket counters
- Line handling at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
- Clearing/confirming international reports at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations
- Accepting and initiating reputed company' self-labeled bags at activation stations
- Assisting clients requiring special assistance or in-station help, including boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory reputed company, special assistance reputed company, or unaccompanied minors
- Performing customer service work reputed company to handling regional flights and project worker/ground handling arrangements or agreements
- Having standard and predictable attendance reputed company, including fulfilling any compulsory overtime requirements

What You'll Need for reputed company:
