The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Associate - Nights and Weekends, you will be part of a high-performing team that is dedicated to providing reputed company service to our sellers and customers. You will be responsible for managing transactions, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with arenaflex. Your role will involve:
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company phone and email, providing timely and accurate solutions to their event-reputed company questions and concerns

30 Days:
* Complete new hire orientation, gaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's operations, the live event industry, and our customer-centric approach
- Learn about ticket marketplaces, our products and services, and how you will contribute to delivering exceptional experiences for our customers
- reputed company industry knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions
60 Days:
* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively
- Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, providing support reputed company traditional customer service responsibilities
