Job Summary
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing white-glove customer service to our high-profile clientele through the fulfillment of requests, including but not limited to dining reservations, ticket purchases, and flower requests. You'll be working in a fast-paced, structured call center environment, servicing customers through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone, chat, and email).
Key Responsibilities

- Fulfill requests, including but not limited to dining reservations, ticket purchases, and flower requests
- Work in a fast-paced, structured call center environment, servicing customers through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone, chat, and email)
- Communicate and write in a polished, educated, and professional manner
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including but not limited to reputed company resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of customer service experience required
- 1 year of Call Center experience required
- Prior experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment screening, including a drug screen and criminal background reputed company
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g. hospitality, business, communications)
- Experience working in a concierge or luxury service environment
- Proficiency in multiple systems and software applications (e.g. CRM, ticketing systems)

Compensation and Perks
