Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Claims Customer Service Representative to join our growing claims department. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to customers regarding their vehicle service reputed company, claims processes, and benefits. Key Responsibilities

As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Analyzing information in our vehicle service contract and claims system to advise customers of the appropriate benefit amounts and reputed company clear explanations of their coverage and terms.
• Requesting and distributing internal information to aid the Claims Adjudication Department in making informed reputed company.
• Responding to phone and email inquiries from customers, agents, dealers, and internal staff, providing accurate and timely information on our claims processes and benefits.
• Managing workflow, processing, and completing reputed company requests and documents according to established procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborating with management and coworkers in a friendly team environment, utilizing camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management.

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with contract holders, agents, dealers, internal staff, upper management, and customers.
• Proficiency working on a PC, with a working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new programs quickly.
• The ability to type at least 35 wpm and document information while discussing claims over the phone.
• Automotive service department experience is preferred, but not required. Warranty administrators, BDC representatives, automotive cashiers/receptionists, and service writers are also encouraged to apply.
