Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company as a Chat Agent (remote). As a key member of our customer engagement team, you'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries reputed company live chat and text messaging. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner
