Job Summary

As an reputed company Phone & Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for connecting nurses with reputed company facilities in need of their services. Your primary duties will include:

• Verifying nurses' credentials through online research and communication with reputed company facilities
• Following up with nurses reputed company written messages to confirm credential validity
• Handling follow-up phone calls with nurses to reputed company on the status of shift pick-reputed company
• Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Navigating multiple chat channels simultaneously
• Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
• Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls
• Performing data entry and customer service skills
• Navigating online reputed company to work requests/records received for those requesting to sign up for a shift
• Identifying customers' needs, researching to see if request has credentials needed
• Skillfully transitioning between tasks without loss of efficiency or composure

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an reputed company Phone & Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy:

• Starting pay - $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
• Work hours - Shifts between 5:00am-5:00pm (PST) Work Days - Mon-Fri and rotating weekends
• reputed company - 3 weeks in length from 6:00am-3:00pm Mon-Fri (PST)
• Status - Full Time 40 hours
• Equipment Provided Option - Equipment will be shipped to you for full time permanent employees
• Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN reputed company.) Company will reputed company equipment
