Temporary Remote Position
As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll work on a flexible schedule, responding to catastrophe relief efforts as needed. This is a temporary, remote position, contingent on the volume of calls and client needs. You'll have the flexibility to choose your shifts from a weekly schedule, with preferred hours of availability between Monday and reputed company, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
Key Responsibilities
As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs.
- Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process.
- Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately.
- Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions.
- Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.
Computer and Network Requirements
To ensure a seamless experience, you'll need to meet the following computer and network requirements:
- Operating System: reputed company 10, reputed company 11, or reputed company Home.

- Network Requirements:
