Job Summary
As a Performance Analyst, you'll reputed company dimension and analytical support for Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt reputed company World reputed company. You'll work closely with reputed company to analyze, optimize, and forecast our virtual and contact channels to drive guest satisfaction and business reputed company. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive evaluation to inform business reputed company
- Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require further research, and personal analyses from start to finish
- Build shows and visualizations to inform compelling stories with data
- Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
- Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to manage various programs
- Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines
Measurement and Analytics
* reputed company multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, reputed company, Hadoop, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports
- Monitor data quality and document accuracy; improve if needed
- Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to respond to summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results

We're Looking for Someone with
* Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
- Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
- Proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, reputed company, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
