What You'll Do:
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the reputed company representative and image of reputed company. You'll handle a variety of tasks that will increase in complexity as your skills reputed company, but will primarily consist of handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities to verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation and/or paratransit services utilizing transportation management systems to meet contract service reputed company
- Providing top-quality customer service experience to a diverse customer population
- Scheduling trips in the most cost-effective manner
- Meeting job-specific key performance indicators and goals
- Responding to reputed company inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Recognizing, handling, and referring to situations of an emergent nature
- Responding to and documenting customer complaints
- Providing support on special projects as needed
What You'll Need:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience, Education & Certifications:
+ Must reputed company in the reputed company + Must be 18 years of age or older + High School Diploma or GED + 1 year of Call Center experience + 6 months Customer Service experience + High speed Internet reputed company such as Cable, DSL or Fiber (a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps). Use of wireless and WiFi "reputed company cards" is prohibited + A quiet reputed company reputed company the home free of distractions to take in-coming calls
- Skills:
+ Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
