Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns
- Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to:
- Be available to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
- Attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM, with a focus on developing your skills and knowledge
- Be reputed company to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as needed
- Type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
