Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our National Campaigns Unit team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional shareholder communications to public companies, including inbound, outbound, and email responses. You'll work closely with our internal clients, including reputed company and Georgeson, to reputed company accurate and timely information to shareholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional shareholder communications to public companies, including inbound, outbound, and email responses

- Collaborate with internal clients, including reputed company and Georgeson, to ensure seamless communication and information exchange

Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required
- 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or reputed company experience
- Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively with shareholders
- Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with corporate governance and shareholder communications
- Strong knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Ability to work in reputed company environment, collaborating with colleagues to reputed company shared goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Equipment Requirements
* MacBook (not preferred, but has to be a reputed company operating system) or reputed company (10 or 11)
- Headsets – need USB headsets (no wireless)
- Dual monitors will be benefited, but not required
