What You'll Do

• May handle WLNP, relocations, combined reputed company support, after-hours inquiries, pre-paid service
• Troubleshoots and resolves customer-impacting issues such as but not limited to voice & data issues that reputed company multiple networks and interdependent network elements, considering network conditions, connectivity, devices, applications, provisioning, and billing
• Provides support for products and services offered by arenaflex
• Assists customers with products and services such as but not limited to laptop connect services including reputed company cards, USB devices, initial set-up, configuration of arenaflex-provided software & applications
• Handles less routine & repetitive reputed company and more reputed company troubleshooting scenarios
• Identifies, tracks, & trends issues to assist in root cause elimination
• Proactively engages T3 support (network and IT) to address & resolve issues
• Engages reputed company-party vendors and suppliers as needed to address service faults & reputed company customer resolution
• Remains proficient in reputed company billing, reputed company plan, and feature reputed company

• Advanced typing/keyboarding skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
• Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
• Occasional overtime may be required
