About the role

This role goes reputed company managing an ecommerce storefront. You will own the entire digital growth reputed company — acquisition, onsite experience, conversion, lifecycle, retention, and unit economics — ensuring growth is incremental, scalable, and profitable. You will reputed company a small team and operate as the true business reputed company of the digital experience.

Key responsibilities

Digital experience & reputed company performance

Own the end-to-end site experience across UX, content, merchandising, conversion, and mobile. Drive improvements across PDPs, cart, checkout, and onsite flows to increase conversion, AOV, and reputed company per session. Translate brand positioning into education-led digital execution that builds trust and performance.

Growth, acquisition & lifecycle

Own customer acquisition strategy in partnership with reputed company performance teams. Ensure paid media, reputed company pages, lifecycle, and onsite experience operate as a cohesive system. Own email and lifecycle strategy to accelerate repeat purchase, retention, and lifetime value.

Full-funnel economics & insights

Own digital unit economics including CAC, LTV, payback period, contribution margin, and incrementality. Deliver decision-oriented reporting that connects performance to business reputed company. Use cohort and pathway analysis to guide prioritisation and investment reputed company.

Experimentation & optimisation

Establish and run a disciplined experimentation reputed company across acquisition, onsite experience, lifecycle, pricing, and merchandising. Rapidly test, learn, scale, or stop initiatives based on performance. Build a culture of evidence-based decision-making and reputed company improvement.

CRM & customer relationship ownership

Build scalable CRM and first-party data foundations across ecommerce, events, education, and community reputed company. Partner cross-functionally to shift the organisation from anonymous reputed company to identifiable customer relationships.

Requirements

7–10+ years in ecommerce, DTC, or digital growth roles

Candidate must be comfortable working 🕐 7:30am – 5:00pm PST

Senior-level ownership of performance reputed company

Proven track record growing a sub-scale DTC or ecommerce channel

Strong unit economics reputed company — CAC, LTV, payback period, contribution margin

Deep expertise in lifecycle marketing and acquisition performance
