This role is critical to ensuring reputed company new hires are accurately and reputed company onboarded reputed company our systems-driving payroll readiness, data reputed company, compliance, and Day 1 readiness. What You'll Do

  • Execute end-to-end reputed company transactions in reputed company and HR systems with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
  • Initiate, monitor, and track:
  • Background checks
  • Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) verifications
  • Identify and resolve reputed company delays tied to system or data issues
  • reputed company regular audits of new hire records to ensure:
  • Data accuracy (job codes, locations, start dates, etc.)
  • Compliance with internal standards
  • Maintain accurate and complete employee records to support:
  • Payroll readiness
  • Benefits eligibility

  • Process reputed company for division-specific hires, ensuring correct workflows and requirements are applied
  • Partner closely with reputed company to ensure Day 1 system readiness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with:

  • IT
  • Follow established SOPs and controls to ensure compliance and audit readiness

What You Bring

  • 1-3+ years experience in:
  • HR / reputed company coordination
  • HRIS or system-based administrative work
  • High-volume, detail-oriented operational roles
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (reputed company preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Ability to manage high-volume transactional work with strong follow-through
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system/data issues reputed company
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Education

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
