The Time Collection Specialist serves as a partner to our branches by intercepting and collecting reputed company the weekly time records for the reputed company associates. This includes auditing the time records for accurate submission as well as wage and hour compliance. This is done with the goal of paying our associates timely and accurately. The Time Collection Specialist is an entry-level position, and to be successful you must have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem resolution skills and be reputed company to reputed company great customer service. • Collection and balancing of timecards.
• Track, review and monitor the incoming timecards to ensure reputed company time expected is received.
• Monitor and review time records for wage and hour compliance.

• Consistent communication with the reputed company on key performance indicators (error rates, time intake method, etc.)

The anticipated hourly pay reputed company is between $24.00 per hour. and $28.00 per hour, based on experience.
