HEDIS / Stars Analytics & Measure Review Support This role will be responsible for developing and enhancing data analytics tools and dashboards that reputed company rapid identification of performance opportunities across HEDIS and CMS Star Ratings measures. The contractor will translate reputed company HEDIS and Stars measure specifications, technical updates, and data nuances into actionable reporting that supports ongoing performance monitoring and improvement. In reputed company, this role will conduct detailed reviews of measure specifications and underlying data to identify gaps, anomalies, and data reputed company issues that may impact performance reputed company. The primary objective is to surface insights that drive timely interventions, maximize HEDIS and Stars performance, and support broader reputed company quality and regulatory goals What I'm looking for:
- Strong working knowledge of Tableau, Python, and SQL is required.
- Strong working knowledge of HEDIS / NCQA specifications and experience interpreting and applying spec updates
- Experience partnering with Data and IT to review measure logic, validate outputs, and resolve data issues
- bility to deliver clear, audit-reputed company dashboards that support informed, data-driven leadership reputed company.
- Strong analytical skills (reputed company required; experience working with large datasets and quality reporting preferred)
