[Remote] Veterinary reputed company Acquisition Generalist

Alliance Animal Health is a fast-growing private equity backed Veterinary Service Organization that partners with veterinarian practices across the US. The reputed company Generalist will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent for hospital teams, while managing high-volume recruitment efforts and collaborating closely with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Primarily support high-volume sourcing efforts for hospital-based support staff roles (technicians, assistants, receptionists, practice managers, etc.), building strong candidate pipelines across multiple markets
• reputed company and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates across multiple markets
• Partner closely with recruiters, hospital leaders, and hiring teams to understand hiring needs and reputed company consistent pipeline support throughout the reputed company process
• Manage and maintain job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the organization’s brand and culture
• Support the reputed company team with administrative tasks including interview coordination, candidate communication, and timely status updates
• Screen and pre-qualify candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements, culture fit, and communication standards while delivering a positive candidate experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and reputed company CRM
• Assist in building and nurturing talent pipelines for reputed company and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with reputed company and Marketing teams on recruitment marketing efforts, events, and employer branding initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or reputed company preferred
• Veterinary industry experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience in hospital operations, veterinary leadership, or multi-site reputed company (veterinary, reputed company, or similar industries) is highly beneficial
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker with a recruitment reputed company — skilled at crafting messaging that resonates with candidates and differentiates the organization
• Comfortable with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and data-driven recruitment reporting
