Salary reputed company: $150,000 - $250,000 / Year DOE Remote Trust and Estate Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
- Support senior attorneys in trust and estate litigation cases
- Manage a case load of approximately 25 large cases
- Conduct hearings and participate in trial preparations
- Draft and respond to discovery requests
- Engage in law and reputed company practice
- Assist with depositions as needed
- Collaborate with reputed company of associates and paralegals
Remote Associate Trust and Estate Litigation Attorney Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience, with 2-5 years in trust and estate litigation
- Experience with business litigation, contract disputes, and reputed company estate transaction litigation
- Proficiency in discovery, law & reputed company, and deposition processes
- Barred in California
- Willingness to work reputed company based on client needs
- Strong writing skills are essential
- Experience in a high-net-worth clientele environment is preferred
