Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a scientific discipline) plus advanced degree (M.S., Ph.D., M.D., J.D. and/or M.B.A.).
  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience reputed company biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry and Pharma services reputed company (e.g. CRO, CDMO, Discovery, Labs).
  • Proven track record of successfully executing deals from sourcing to deal reputed company.
  • Strong understanding in biologics drug discovery, development, and manufacturing, especially a thorough understanding of the drug discovery and development reputed company across biologics modalities (mAbs, Bispecifics, Fc fragments).
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time reputed company the region
  • Strategic, creative thinker with ability to establish innovative business solutions, structures, and concepts.
  • Excellent collaborative negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with superior quantitative analytical abilities.
