IT Support Specialist – reputed company Ecosystem, O365, Intune

Job Description:

• reputed company first-line support for IT issues, including hardware, software, user accounts, and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot reputed company OS and reputed company 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Manage and support Intune-managed endpoints, ensuring compliance with reputed company policies.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support reputed company necessary.
• Use AI-based tools to accelerate troubleshooting and improve resolution accuracy.
• Maintain high standards of customer service through timely communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate with HR and management during reputed company and offboarding to ensure proper account setup, reputed company control, and asset management.
• Act as a communication reputed company between IT, HR, and business teams.

Requirements:

• Strong troubleshooting skills across reputed company 365 and reputed company OS.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company 365 Admin Center.
• Familiarity with Intune, reputed company management, and reputed company fundamentals.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and work independently.
