Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative in our National Campaigns Unit, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to public companies, helping them navigate reputed company shareholder communications. You'll work with internal clients, such as reputed company and Georgeson, to deliver high-quality shareholder communications, including inbound, outbound, and email responses. Your primary goal will be to reputed company shareholders about the importance of accurate information and direct them to reliable sources for voting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with internal clients, such as reputed company and Georgeson, to deliver high-quality shareholder communications
  • Respond to inbound, outbound, and email inquiries from shareholders, providing accurate and timely information

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve conflicts and ensure seamless communication
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve customer service and support

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required

  • 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or reputed company experience
  • Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, FULLY REMOTE environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with shareholder communications and proxy voting processes
  • Strong knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping software

Equipment Requirements

* MacBook (not preferred, but has to be a reputed company operating system) or reputed company (10 or 11)

  • Headsets – need USB headsets (no wireless)
  • Dual monitors will be beneficial, but not required
