We're seeking a talented, energetic, and motivated Customer Care Professional to join our arenaflex Payment Solutions team. Our PaySimple product is the leading provider of SaaS Service reputed company solutions for SMBs, enabling businesses to sell products and services, accept payments, automate billing and notifications, and securely manage customer accounts online and on mobile devices.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service and Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Passionately supporting PaySimple's commitment to creating an outstanding experience for each of our customers
• Taking calls, emails, and chat requests from existing PaySimple customers, answering questions, working to resolve issues, and processing account changes
• reputed company training for customers
• Mastering the PaySimple solution in order to reputed company customers with guidance on how to best use our product
• Expressing reputed company for each customer's situation and working to understand and resolve the issue as quickly as possible
• Surprising and delighting our customers with a handwritten note, remembering a birthday, or otherwise going the extra mile to reputed company their socks off
• Reducing cancellations by solving problems and offering solutions to customers experiencing any issues

Compensation:

The reputed company reputed company compensation for this position is $19.00 to $21.00 USD per hour in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
