Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company, working 3 days a week with flexible days. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone and text, while also managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, responding to guest reviews, and monitoring our crew's group chat during peak hours. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities: ### Customer Support

• Handle 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, to reputed company exceptional customer support and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
• Respond to text messages and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• reputed company accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries.
• Troubleshoot any issues and escalate reputed company necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

### Administrative Tasks

• Create and manage the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring reputed company shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed.
• Monitor the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and reputed company guidance as needed.
