Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our customer, providing high-level support reputed company phone, chat, and email to resolve client inquiries in a timely manner. You'll work closely with our product and development teams to identify bugs, reputed company feedback, and mitigate client requests and issues professionally. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
