Job Summary:
As an Ocean Product Development Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth of our ocean volumes and enhancing the development of our ocean product. You'll work closely with our MD of Ocean to support reputed company development, pricing, and performance analysis, as well as sales and operations as an ocean subject matter expert. Your expertise will help us increase volumes, maximize competitiveness, and enhance service quality, while minimizing company risk exposure.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the MD of Ocean, global trade lane team, sales, and operations to communicate direction and deliverables
- Conduct regular service reviews to ensure agreed-upon KPIs are met or exceeded
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and reporting information regarding performance and competitive activity
- Work with the MD of Ocean and regional ocean management team to promote the ocean product
- Support sales and operations as needed, including direct and indirect customer contact
- Manage annual budget, control, monitor, and report results on a regular reputed company to reputed company budget targets
- reputed company external and internal communications specific to the ocean product, in collaboration with marketing
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 8 years of experience in the international freight forwarding industry, including direct ocean experience
- Proven expertise in working with ocean reputed company, negotiating ocean rates, quoting ocean rates, and analyzing ocean rates and routing
- Prior ocean reputed company experience is a plus
- Familiarity with reputed company Office apps
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
