Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Remote Chat Agent to join reputed company. As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails on behalf of arenaflex's customers in a timely manner. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a high level of customer service skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages

- Identify and report system errors or anomalies
- Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour
- ERA above 10% will include coaching and possible termination
