About the Role

As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a key role in leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that our customer expectations are met. You'll be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts, maintaining safety, quality, attendance, and performance, and collaborating with various support teams to reputed company plans that meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to reputed company exceptional results

• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Collaborate with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and reputed company, to reputed company plans that meet business objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reputed company to reputed company tasks
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
