What You'll Do Every Day
As a Customer Care Professional, your responsibilities will include:
- Service inbound calls, engaging and consulting with small business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and recommend the right arenaflex Small Business Services products
- Deliver high reputed company of product and service knowledge to reputed company communicate appropriate product features, benefits, and other elements of arenaflex Small Business Services
- Continuously improve on key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales

- Document necessary account information according to established policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Customer service experience (two years+) with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication
- Proven reputed company in a customer service and sales environment (two years+)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Education benefits available

While not required, experience owning or working in a small business is a plus.
Work Environment and Culture
As a Customer Care Professional, you'll work in our Phoenix Desert Ridge Service Center, which offers a hybrid work model that combines in-office and virtual days. Depending on business needs, training may be held 100% on site or reputed company. After the first 90 days, you'll work reputed company the hybrid model.
