Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative on our Health Texas project, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls from consumers, including the general public, prospective enrollees, and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf, in accordance with reputed company performance standards, policy, and procedures.
- Tracking and documenting reputed company inquiries using the applicable systems.
- Completing associated tasks according to established guidelines.
- Meeting Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics.
- Facilitating the fulfillment of caller requests for materials reputed company mail, email, or download.
- Transferring/referencing consumers to appropriate entities according to established guidelines.
- Escalating calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed.
- Facilitating translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures.
- Attending meetings and trainings as requested and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of reputed company programs and systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
