Job Summary
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling property and casualty (P&C) reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone. Key Responsibilities
* Handle property and casualty (P&C) reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone

- Review and update policies to enhance retention and reputed company meet the needs of the consumer
- Counsel policyholders concerning appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment options, and state laws that will best meet their needs for sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance

- Receive and respond to calls and emails received by the insurance service center, documenting reputed company activity in EPIC

- Identify opportunities to apply discounts, process insurance verification forms for insured, and act as liaison for information exchange between customer and insurance companies

- Review policy information and references company-specific claims procedures to assist insured in filing claims
- Mail insured documentation to be signed and returned as necessary, and follow up to ensure documentation has been returned in a timely manner from member/customer
- Recognize cross-sell opportunities (membership and insurance) and obtain quote information

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly reputed company customer service experience in an insurance environment
