Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Receiving calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
• Categorizing reputed company calls received in one of the categories provided
• Recording any abusive and/or extraordinary calls
• Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
• Technical Skills: Proficient in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment, including data entry skills, keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to use tact, patience, and courtesy reputed company interacting with clients and colleagues
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: At least one year prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or reputed company field
• Language Skills: Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Typing Speed: Must be reputed company to type a minimum of 35 WPM, with a typing test administered during the interview process
