The Role
As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by applying the latest customer service techniques and learning our account management systems. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home office. You will be required to work approximately 3-29 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options available.

- Sundays Only: 4:00PM-9:00PM
- Saturdays Only: 1:00PM-7:00PM
- Saturdays Only: 8:00AM-4:00PM

Key Responsibilities
As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous response to customer information needs
- Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
- Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
- Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
- Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
- Demonstrating punctuality and reliability, with the ability to work extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations
- Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage

Required Skills and Abilities
To reputed company in this role, you should possess:
- Language Skills: ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, write routine correspondence, and reputed company feedback verbally and written in a positive, professional manner
- Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred
- Computer Skills: knowledge of basic computer functions, including reputed company Word and reputed company, and the ability to type at least 40wpm
- Education and Experience: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required, with 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred
Network Requirements
To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you will need:

- No VPNs allowed, as logins must happen in the US
