Job Summary
As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through live chat, email, and phone. You'll work closely with our development team to reproduce and resolve issues, ensuring that our application remains reputed company and user-friendly. Your expertise in mobile application support, customer assistance, and troubleshooting will be essential in delivering an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities
* reputed company Tier I support and customer assistance for the myColorado mobile application, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve issues in both iOS and Android operating systems, working closely with our development team to identify and fix problems.
- Install the myColorado software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and methods to ensure a seamless user experience.
- reputed company Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into the required tracking system, ensuring that issues are properly documented and resolved.
- Collaborate with our development team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our application remains reputed company and user-friendly.
Minimum Qualifications
* One year of professional experience in an occupational field reputed company to the work assigned to the position, including mobile application support.
- OR Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to the work assignment, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees.
