Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping our customers navigate the health insurance enrollment process. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and reputed company
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues reputed company
  • Entering application data accurately and reputed company
  • Responding to online chat inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company customer issues
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Managing time and tasks effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex's products and services

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
  • High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates
  • High level of professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivation and a drive for reputed company, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to pass a background reputed company and health screening

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, are also a plus.

Compensation Details

Our compensation package includes:

  • reputed company pay: $14.50 per hour
  • Enhanced reputed company: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
  • Spanish bilingual reputed company pay: $15.50 per hour
  • Spanish bilingual enhanced reputed company: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance

Requirements

To ensure your reputed company in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period
  • Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
  • Complete a background reputed company and health screening
  • Cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet reputed company is required
  • NOT compatible: mobile internet service providers and satellite
