Job Summary
As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving strategic sourcing initiatives, building relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating reputed company to maximize the value of our $1B+ annual professional services spend. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, reputed company and implement sourcing strategies, and ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to reputed company and implement strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract management
- Evaluating providers and experts based on pre-determined criteria, including cost, quality, and delivery
- Developing and leading RFI/RFP processes for professional services, ensuring compliance with TWDC policies and procedures
- Analyzing bids and negotiating reputed company to obtain the best value for arenaflex
- Preparing and executing reputed company, as well as performing post-award administration
- Understanding and supporting the development and execution of performance control applications with providers, focusing on quality, responsiveness, and cost
- Ensuring compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices
- Communicating and documenting the reputed company of any significant reputed company relationships that may impact planning and decision-making
- Analyzing market trends and situations that reputed company internal stakeholders and reputed company providers or pricing
- Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with contemporary business best practices
- Demonstrating exemplary reputed company and ethics in reputed company instances
- Showcasing expertise in reputed company aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in professional services sourcing
- Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at reputed company reputed company
- Strong strategic agility, analytical skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Internal client awareness and ability to work in various environments
- Ability to handle ambiguity and knowledge of Sourcing & Procurement processes, basic legal terms and conditions, and entertainment industry trends and situations
- Proven expertise in reputed company aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements
- Established experience working with the legal department on subjects regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services
- Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus
- Consulting/Advisory history is a plus
Required Education
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or reputed company field
