Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team as a Chat Agent. As a Chat Agent, you will be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails on behalf of arenaflex's customers in a timely manner. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner

- Identify and report system errors or anomalies
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including a set minimum number of conversations per hour

Education & Skills Required
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or chat environment
- Strong knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications
