Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, working overnight shifts from home in Illinois. Key Responsibilities

- Handle prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage inquiries with accuracy and efficiency

- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- 6+ months of high call center experience working with reputed company, reputed company, or another application
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in reputed company Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Training Schedule
* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training will be provided during this time)
