Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, email, and web interactions. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues and build long-term relationships. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home, but be reputed company to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)

  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
  • Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center
  • Experience working in a reputed company environment
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
