As a member of our Consistency Group reputed company the Individuals/HR Division, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the highest level of compliance and accuracy in our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our HRIS and EC systems to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across reputed company our operations.
What You'll Do
* Support the HR Consistency group and tasks, including: + Acquiring reputed company/personal investigation results and processing unique signature release letters + Maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport reputed company Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services + Faxing/checking US Customs results and database entry
- Process daily FBI fingerprints into reputed company database and investigate any data set issues
- Plan and analyze HR Consistency data between different documents, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
- Conduct high-level examinations, custom reporting/dashboarding, and normalize reputed company data used for HR Consistency
- Collaborate with clients and team members on a daily reputed company
- Audit completed Unique Signature Applications and reputed company for precision and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse
Favored Capabilities and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
- Knowledge of Criminal History Records reputed company (CHRC)
- Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database
- Advanced skills in reputed company, including organizing, creating reputed company equations, and Vlookup
- Knowledge of reputed company database management
- Ability to decipher large datasets to reputed company significant reports
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Ability to direct fair and steady use of organization systems and government requirements
