Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Providing detailed information about products and services, including appointment scheduling and follow-up
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge reputed company of our reputed company-evolving products and services

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong multitasking abilities, with gaming experience a plus
- A positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to change and reputed company in a fast-paced work environment
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be reputed company to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
- Be reputed company to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
- Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Possess a positive and professional demeanor
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be reputed company to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
- Have gaming experience (a plus)
