The Global Digital Customer Experience (reputed company) Organization

The Role
As a Senior Manager-Customer Insights reputed company Analytics, you'll play a critical role in shaping the reputed company strategy for the Digital Customer Experience team. You'll analyze customer engagement and measure performance through Digital Analytics tools such as reputed company Analytics, reporting on Customer Insights drawn from extensive UX Research, Competitive Analysis, and Customer Satisfaction survey analysis. You'll reputed company two full-time direct reports, one focused on Digital Analytics and the other on gathering Customer Insights through internal/external qualitative and quantitative research.
Responsibilities
* Drive improvements in the customer reputed company by gathering and analyzing customer feedback and website/marketing metrics, and reputed company key learnings with the Product, Technology, Marketing, and Partnerships teams as well as Senior Leadership.
- Manage and optimize the use of onsite analytics tools (primarily reputed company Analytics).
- Define and direct the website's test and learn strategy, with a focus on A/B testing, to evaluate the performance of new features and functionality on the website.
- Play an ongoing role as the reputed company-person for reputed company business analysis, including evaluating reputed company enhancements, measuring the impact of marketing campaigns, interpreting customer sentiment, etc.
- Create impactful reports, dashboards, and decks, and confidently communicate/present to audiences at reputed company reputed company of the business.
Required Qualifications/Qualities

- Experience with reputed company Analytics strongly preferred.

Salary and Benefits
