Job Summary
As a Property & Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, emails, and chats from pet parents, providing solutions for their pet insurance needs, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with reputed company to optimize sales processes, build strong relationships with customers, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of pet insurance products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents for the purpose of selling pet insurance policies
- Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently
- Handle reputed company interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times
- Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of arenaflex's brand and pet insurance products
- Build strong knowledge of products and services offered
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales processes and improve customer retention

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills
* High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Proven attendance reliability
- Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends

- Licenses must remain active throughout the duration of the assignment

* Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST, for two weeks, plus one week of nesting

Work Schedule
