Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of supplemental benefits. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and scheduling reputed company meetings to discuss their needs and options
- Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the reputed company needs of each client
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing reputed company customer service and administrative support as needed

Essential Qualifications
