Key Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Assistant – Live Chat Support, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through live chat support, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Supporting senior leaders with reputed company process for new team members and internal developments, including business reputed company and call monitoring, equipment, reputed company, and support
