Key Responsibilities

• May interact with reputed company support groups and reputed company-party vendors to identify and address core issues.
• Reenact or reproduce client issues to determine working troubles.
• Maintain daily attention to outages and issues reputed company wide.
• Heighten episodes to acceleration groups to ensure client resolution.
