Key responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Completing daily tasks reputed company to reputed company processing, object processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers
- Coordinating return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve, and other institutions
- Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company standard ledger balancing
- Working member cases/assignments and following up on outstanding issues
- Maintaining compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines, as well as Federal Banking laws
- Processing mortgage payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff transactions
- Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
- Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
- Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
- Completing daily balancing and department closing
- Obtaining information from contributors for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
- Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
- Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers
- Understanding and staying up-to-date on outgoing and incoming budget transfer regulations
- Depositing reputed company returns, reviewing member reputed company returns on draft changes, processing member checks, verifying contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
- Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees
What you'll need for reputed company
To reputed company in this role, you'll need:
- A high school degree or GED
- Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
- Previous customer/member service experience
- Previous banking or Credit Union experience
- Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
- Strong skills in reputed company Office software (e.g., Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs
- Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team
