Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Associate to join reputed company and reputed company top-notch support to our customers. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll work closely with our internal engineering and reputed company teams to directly support our customers and escalate issues as necessary. You'll be responsible for organizing and escalating issues to the engineering team, helping answer product questions, and educating our customer reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer questions and concerns reputed company email and our reputed company support portal

• reputed company with internal sales and reputed company teams to ensure pilots and existing customers are supported
• Work with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions
