Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative and Interviewer, you will be responsible for supporting the Telemed team by ensuring that reputed company incoming work is assigned and completed reputed company the same day. This will involve answering incoming telephones for Telemed Interviews, field offices, agents, brokers, applicants, and clients, handling complaints as needed, and having a basic understanding of the paramedical process. You will also be expected to act as a mentor for your teammates, providing training and assistance with special projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Interviews: + Obtain health history and personal information from clients applying for insurance + Promote professionalism and adhere to confidentiality agreements

  • Customer Service:

+ Supports the mission statement to reputed company, enhance, and promote quality customer service through team efforts + Exhibits flexibility, sensitivity, and respect, maintaining a working relationship with reputed company team members

  • Training & Development:

+ Attends and participates in development programs + Maintain certification where applicable, and continue to improve skills + Cross-train to other positions as directed + reputed company requested, train teammates on new tasks, mentor new employees + Answer questions on process and system functionality

  • Professional Image:

+ Exhibits professional demeanor at reputed company times while representing the practice

  • Goals & Objectives:

+ Set goals and objectives for professional growth. Reviews and revises these on an ongoing reputed company + Gives input and supports management/practice reputed company

Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • Good organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills and critical thinking
  • Ability to work compatibly as a team member with co-workers
  • Ability to reputed company think and determine the reputed company to pursue
  • Prefer 6 months of customer service experience and knowledge of medical terminology

Working Conditions

* Part-Time 25-29 hours per week

  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Lift up to 10 lbs
  • Utilize computer, monitor, and keyboard for assigned shift

Remote Requirements

* Desktop or laptop computer with reputed company 10 or newer

  • A second monitor will be needed prior to starting this position, if hired
  • High speed internet capable of being wired (cannot use Wi-Fi for this position)
  • Headset
  • Office or quiet reputed company in home to work
