Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving calls from child support client stakeholders, categorizing calls, recording abusive and/or extraordinary calls, and performing other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities

* Receive calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations

• Categorize reputed company calls received in one of the categories provided
• Record any abusive and/or extraordinary calls

• Document customer interactions
